To Blog or Not to Blog . . .

that is the question.  I have been so far behind in keeping up all of the blogs.  (I caught up on 2013 today so you'll see a bunch come through the feed.) Yes I said blogs. The truth is I have 3.  One that is strictly my journal, one private only for family, and one public.  When we moved into the new house we switched internet carriers.  The new internet is as slow as molasses to upload.  It seriously reminds me of using dial-up.  There is no noticeable difference with anything else and to move up to the next service level is way more that I am willing to spend so my blog(s) have suffered.  I have been blogging on my own journal one and calling it good.  It just takes too much time to keep up with the others.  So I guess my reason for writing this is that I will probably blog much much less in the new year, and I am okay with that.  I am not sure that I have any readers out there who aren't family, but I always wonder what has happened to people that just stop blogging and never update again.  I always think what happened, are they okay, is something wrong?  So fair warning that we are fine and all is well.  I have always wanted to blog for me and when it turned into such a hassle these past few months with the slow internet, I just decided that maybe it is time well spent doing other things rather than waiting around for pictures to upload.  I am sure that I will still update a few times a year, but it won't be so much about getting it all recorded as much as it will be random updates.  And who knows maybe things will change, and I will miss the writing outlet.  Times and seasons, I know, and maybe if Sarah starts taking one long nap there might be more time.  We will see what happens and what the future holds for blogging in 2014.
