We had a fabulous fourth of July. It was a just a day at home, but we managed to make it extraordinary with lots of fun things. Things that we did that day were:
make a 4th of July treat of festive cupcakes,
stand up,
take pictures of one another (Benjamin took these),
swim,
eat the most delicious red and orange popsicles before dinner,
devour a hotdog dinner,
throw snaps and explode poppers,
enjoy eating s'mores and lighting sparklers with our neighbors Shaun, Jen and Grace
have our own firework show (which consisted of three fireworks)
shake in terror at the sight of the fireworks (Jacob),
watch the police confiscate fireworks from our unwanted neighbors and were awake until well after 1am by all the neighbors fireworks (mom and dad). Overall an awesome day!
